To Friends and Sponsors of Los Vallecitos Riders:

The new season is starting for LVR, and we are looking for sponsors at all levels to support our family oriented horse club. The attached Sponsorship Application outlines the benefits to your business or ranch by supporting our activities. We welcome monetary contributions, which allow us to improve the public arena and horse facilities at Walnut Grove Park in San Marcos where we hold our events. In addition they help subsidize our year-end awards, parade, and education activities, including the Piedra Foundation. We also appreciate contributions for our raffles and silent auctions, which take place at each show throughout our nine-month show season.

This year our major goal is to complete the fundraising for improving the footing in the arena, making it safer for LVR and the public. We also hope to cover the seating area to protect spectators from the hot summer sun. Our Youth Group raises money through LVR raffles to attend local horse events and to support REINS, a therapeutic horsemanship program. As a non-profit organization since 1964, we see our mission as educational and giving back to our community, while emphasizing safety and family activities.
